Job summary

  • Counsel employees as and when required.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.
  • Organize events and conferences for the employees.
  • Manage workplace safety issues and complaints.
  • Maintain and record employee attendance.
  • Adhere to all the company’s rules and regulations.
