Job summary
A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced payroll manager. The role involves managing the full spectrum of payroll processing, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with tax filings. Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant experience and be able to communicate in Mandarin. Immediate availability is preferred.
Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant experience required in payroll and HR.
- Must be able to speak Mandarin.

- Manage payroll processing including data entry, leave management, and cost sharing.
- Ensure timely submission of CPF payments and tax filings.
- Responsible for HR administration and training & development.

Responsibilities
- Manage full spectrum of payroll processing in a timely and accurate manner including data entry of new hires and resignees, leave management and cost sharing etc.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly CPF payments, IRAS submissions, NS make-up pay claims, tax filing and all government paid leave claims
- Responsible for payroll reconciliation and related reports required from Finance
- Responsible for submission of surveys and support of annual audits
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee information in HRIS systems and personnel files
- Work Pass Management (application, issuance, renewal, cancellation, etc)
- Responsible for HR administration such as letter of employment for workers etc.
