Overview

Our client is a restaurant chain expanding rapidly, with more than 8 outlets spanning across Singapore. They are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations across our restaurant outlets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or retail HR, with at least 5 years of experience and will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR processes, employee engagement and compliance across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management and employee relations.
  • Partner with operations teams to drive talent development, succession planning and training programs tailored for restaurant staff.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health & safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Manage disciplinary processes and provide guidance to managers on performance and employee relations issues.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior management to support business growth and workforce planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality, F&B, or retail sector.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Singapore.
  • Experience in managing multi-site operations and a diverse workforce is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
