Human Resource Executive (Manpower Planning)

You will be part of the Manpower Planning team in supporting the following areas:

  • Execution of manpower guidelines and directives in the review of manpower establishment requested by departments and presentation of justifications to the review panel for approval.
  • Work closely with departments on staffing needs and other HR partners to monitor staffing status to support the Hospital’s objectives.
  • Strategic planning and projections to ensure a pipeline of adequate manpower to meet manpower requirements for hospital services.
  • Position management in HRIS for accurate budgeting, hiring and reporting.
  • Data extraction and analysis of manpower statistics, maintenance of dashboards and submission of reports to internal and external agencies, as well as performing horizon scanning and review of manpower trends.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor Degree, preferably in Human Capital Management
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in manpower review. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior position.
  • Have an organisational perspective and understanding of the organisational structure and position management.
  • Meticulous with a flair for numbers and a good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in report preparation and data management.
  • Experience with Success Factors is advantageous.
