Job Responsibilities
  • Administer the annual performance appraisal exercise for employees, ensuring timely and accurate completion of appraisals.
  • Oversee promotion exercises and manage the probation and employment confirmation process for non-medical staff.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to devise strategies for managing performance and facilitating career planning for employees.
  • Maintain accurate performance and compensation data for staff.
  • Generate reports and analyze performance and compensation metrics to support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all HR systems, including performance management and compensation tools.
  • Work closely with department heads, managers, and HR business partners to ensure the smooth execution of performance and compensation processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management best practices and ensure alignment with hospital-wide strategies.
  • Identify areas for improvement within performance management and compensation processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in managing compensation-related tasks for medical staff, including salary reviews, allowances, and benefits.
  • Participate in compensation projects to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance management and compensation.
Job Requirements
  • Possess Bachelor Degree in any relevant field
  • Possess minimum 2 years of HR Compensation & Benefits experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access).
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an added advantage.
