Job summary

A food services company in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to manage payroll, recruitment, and staff relations. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Mandarin, holds a diploma in Human Resources, and has at least 2 years of relevant experience. This position requires proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act. Applicants must be Singaporeans.

Qualifications

  • 5 days work week (Mon to Fri / 9am to 6pm).
  • Minimum of 2 years related experience.
  • Well-versed in Singapore Employment Act.

Responsibilities

  • Monthly payroll via Infotech Software.
  • Handling recruitment and liaising with management.
  • Maintaining proper filing of HR documents.

  • Monthly payroll via Infotech Software
  • Full Spectrum in HR
  • Handling recruitment
  • Liaise with management on hiring needs and staff relations
  • Keying of staff weekly schedule
  • Process ad-hoc government claims and grants.
  • Update and maintains proper filing of HR documents.
  • Maintain inventory on uniforms
  • Handle any other ad-hoc admin duties as and when required.
Requirements
  • 5 days week (Mon to Fri / 9am to 6pm)
  • Bilingual in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking managers)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent to 2 years related experience
  • Well-versed in Singapore Employment Act
  • Min/preferred years of working experience: 2 years
  • Independent and able to multi-task
  • Knowledge in Info-Tech Software will consider first
