Job description
HR Operations & Administration
  • Oversee daily HR operations, including employee records, contracts, confirmations, transfers, and exits

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases and personnel files in compliance with PDPA requirements

  • Support payroll coordination, leave administration, and employee benefits management

  • Prepare HR reports, manpower statistics, and dashboards for management review

Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation

  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programmes to ensure a smooth joining experience for new hires

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, timelines, and role requirements

Employee Relations
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee enquiries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures

  • Support disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and investigations in accordance with MOM guidelines

  • Contribute to fostering a positive, professional, and inclusive workplace culture

HR Policies, Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, including the Employment Act and MOM regulations

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies, SOPs, and the employee handbook
