A leading talent acquisition firm in Singapore seeks a skilled HR Operations & Administration professional to manage daily HR activities and employee relations. You will oversee recruitment efforts, ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, and support a positive workplace culture. Oversee daily HR operations, including employee records, contracts, confirmations, transfers, and exits
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases and personnel files in compliance with PDPA requirements
Support payroll coordination, leave administration, and employee benefits management
Prepare HR reports, manpower statistics, and dashboards for management review
Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation
Coordinate onboarding and induction programmes to ensure a smooth joining experience for new hires
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, timelines, and role requirements
Serve as a point of contact for employee enquiries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Support disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and investigations in accordance with MOM guidelines
Contribute to fostering a positive, professional, and inclusive workplace culture
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, including the Employment Act and MOM regulations
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies, SOPs, and the employee handbook
