A reputable trading firm is seeking an Assistant HR Manager in Singapore to support daily HR operations, manage recruitment processes, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will handle work pass matters, assist in payroll processing, and address employee inquiries regarding HR policies. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient HR functions within the company, while ensuring legal adherence and employee support.
Support daily HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and MOM regulations.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Handle work pass matters (WP, S Pass, EP), company licensing, and liaise with relevant authorities.
Support payroll processing, leave, attendance, and HR system administration.
Prepare statutory submissions and HR/payroll reports (CPF, IR8A, IR21).
Administer employee insurance matters, including work injury compensation and related claims.
Address employee inquiries on HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
