Job summary

A recruitment agency located in Singapore is seeking an HR Administrator to assist in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma/Degree in any discipline and have strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is required. Entry-level candidates are welcome, and training will be provided.

  • Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and documents as needed
  • Manage leave records, attendance tracking, and staff databases
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Coordinate with external agencies or vendors on HR-related matters when required
