Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an HSE Officer to coordinate QHSSE accreditation, conduct internal audits, and provide safety oversight. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a safety officer and hold the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B). This role is office-based and operates Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, with a salary range of SGD 3,000 to 3,800.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a safety officer.
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) is required.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain Company’s QHSSE accreditation, including ISO 9001 and Responsible Care.
• Conduct Internal Audits for Company’s Internal Work Process.
• Conduct periodical Internal SOP refresher training.
• Act as Safety Officer in the Office, including Fire Warden & First Aider.
