Our esteemed client in the Logistics industry is seeking a HSE Executive/ Assistant HSE Manager to join their dynamic team:

  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Position: HSE Executive/ Assistant HSE Manager
  • Location: West (2 ways transport provided from JE MRT)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
  • Salary Package: Basic + Bonus
Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards and ensure adherence to all statutory EHS regulations.
  • Lead QEHS programs, internal audits, and follow up on corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations; implement preventive and corrective measures.
  • Plan and conduct EHS training, toolbox meetings, and onboarding briefings to promote safety awareness across teams.
  • Support emergency preparedness activities, including ERP/TERP reviews, drills, and response exercises.
  • Collaborate with operations and contractors to monitor site safety performance and ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
  • Prepare EHS reports, presentations, and meeting materials for internal and external audits.
Job Requirements
  • At least Diploma in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience within the logistics, warehousing or related sector.
  • Certified MOM Safety Officer.
  • Possess a Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification would be an advantage.
