The HSE Coordinator (Marine Construction) supports the implementation and monitoring of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements for marine engineering works, including operations onboard the reclaimer vessel. The role ensures compliance with Singapore Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations, project safety standards, and supports the Company’s BizSAFE and ISO-aligned safety management system, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel.
Attend vessel visits and conduct routine inspections to monitor HSE compliance during daily operations.
Prepare, review, and submit Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), permits, and related HSE documentation to the main contractor for review and approval.
Maintain and support the review citizenship and updating of the Company’s Safety Management System (SMS) and safety programs or initiatives.
Conduct HSE inductions, in-house training, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings for employees and subcontractors.
Lead or participate in incident and near‑miss investigations, including root cause analysis and follow‑up of corrective and preventive actions.
