Role Focus
This role is responsible for the design, implementation, and global rollout of the company’s HRIS platforms. The core focus is hands‑on leadership of system selection, deployment, integration and continuous optimization across multiple regions, supporting standardized global HR processes and data governance.
Core Responsibilities
1. HRIS Implementation & Global Rollout
- Lead end‑to‑end implementation of enterprise HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday / SAP SuccessFactors / Oracle HCM), covering modules such as Recruitment, Core HR, Compensation, Performance and Talent.
- Drive multi‑country / multi‑region system deployment and localisation, ensuring both global standardisation and local compliance.
- Define system architecture, configuration principles and data structure to support scalable global use.
2. Business Requirement Analysis & System Design
- Translate HR and business needs into system design specifications, workflows and configurations.
- Align fragmented local requirements into a unified global HRIS blueprint.
- Act as the key liaison between HQ, regional HR teams and external vendors/system integrators.
3. HR Digital Transformation & Process Standardization
- Lead HR process mapping, re‑engineering and standardisation, ensuring alignment between system design and business processes.
- Develop and execute the overseas HRIS transformation roadmap in line with business expansion and organisational changes.
4. System Integration & Data Management
- Drive system integration across HR, payroll, finance, and other enterprise platforms.
- Support HRIS‑related involvement in M&A integrations, data migration and system consolidation.
- Establish HR data governance principles and reporting frameworks.
5. System Operation & Optimization
- Oversee post‑launch system operation, troubleshooting and user adoption.
- Drive continuous improvement cycles based on system performance, user feedback and evolving HR needs.
Must‑Have Experience
- Proven hands‑on leadership in at least one full‑cycle HRIS implementation or major upgrade using Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
- Strong knowledge of HR system architecture, data models, security roles, workflows and configuration logic.
- Practical experience in translating HR processes into system design.
- Experience managing cross‑regional stakeholders and vendors in complex HR tech projects.
- Solid project management capability in multi‑country HRIS programmes.
Strong Advantage
- Experience setting up or transforming an HR Shared Service Center (SSC) through system enablement.
- Experience supporting overseas expansion or global transformation projects.
- Participation in HR system integration during M&A or large‑scale restructuring.
