HR Technology & Analytics Lead
Role Overview

This role drives the design, optimisation and governance of HR systems and workforce analytics to enhance HR operations, reporting and decision-making. The incumbent partners with business and HR stakeholders to translate workforce data into actionable insights and forward-looking manpower intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
HR Systems Strategy & Digital Enablement
  • Define and deliver enterprise HR systems and digital initiatives aligned with business priorities
  • Assess emerging HR technologies and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Lead continuous improvement of HR processes through system enhancement and digitalisation
HRIS Optimisation & Governance
  • Oversee ongoing enhancement, administration and performance of HR systems post-implementation
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity and optimal user experience across all HR platforms
  • Build internal system capability through user, training and change communications
Workforce Analytics & Insights
  • Establish data governance practices for HR metrics, analytics and benchmarking
  • Analyse workforce data using advanced analytics and predictive techniques to generate insights
  • Develop dashboards and visual reports to support strategic workforce and manpower planning
  • Monitor HR technology and analytics trends to strengthen benchmarking and insight generation
Requirements
  • Degree in HR, Business Analytics, Information Systems or a related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in HR systems, HR analytics or related transformation initiatives
  • Strong track record in leading enterprise HRIS and analytics projects
  • Hands‑on experience with data governance, analytics and visualisation tools
