Job summary

A staffing agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate to support a data migration project for HR systems transitioning to Workday. Responsibilities include mapping HR data, maintaining accuracy, and conducting data quality reviews. Ideal candidates will have experience with Project Cumulus and proficiency in advanced Excel functions. This is a contract position for 3 months to 1 year, with a pay rate of $18/hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support the data migration project for trial conversions.

  • Support HR team with data-related troubleshooting.

Overview

Job Scope:

• Support the data migration project for trial conversions, assisting with the transition of HR data from current HR systems to a new Workday platform.

• Collaborate with the project team and vendors to ensure HR data is properly mapped between current systems and Workday format, in accordance with prescribed data specifications.

• Input and organise HR data into a Data Gathering Workbook, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing HR records to identify and rectify data inconsistencies, including outdated information, duplicates, or missing details in employee profiles and HR transactions.

• Maintain data quality by regularly reviewing and updating HR records, ensuring information is current and accurate.

• Support the HR team in basic troubleshooting of data-related issues.

• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisor.
