Key Responsibilities

HR Operations Support

  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks including onboarding, offboarding, personnel file maintenance and data entry.

  • Manage all work pass applications, renewals and cancellations (e.g., Work Permit, SP, EP), ensuring full compliance with MOM timelines and requirements.

  • Assist in processing monthly payroll, allowances, claims, and attendance matters.

HR Reporting & Support

  • Generate HR reports for all departments (e.g., headcount, overtime, leave utilisation, manpower status).

  • Serve as a contact point for staff grievances, escalating issues where required.

  • Support disciplinary administration and follow-up actions.

Office Administration Assistance

  • Support office admin functions including maintenance coordination, pantry and stationery replenishment.

  • Assist with front office duties such as welcoming visitors and receiving deliveries.

  • Help coordinate company events and HR activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and good understanding of HR processes.

  • Familiarity with work pass procedures and basic payroll administration.
