Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee data.
• Process tax clearance (IR8A, IR21).
• Process government claims including NS claims, childcare, maternity, and paternity.
• Oversee work pass application, renewal, and cancellation including work permit, S. pass, E pass, Dependent pass.
• Handle training and development.
• Process daily worker payroll.
• Manage employee insurance.
• Conduct recruitment filtering process and advertisement.
• Handle MYE application.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
