Job summary

A leading HR services provider in Singapore is looking for a detail-oriented individual to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across various HR functions, including compensation, benefits, budget management, and performance management. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Business Administration or Human Resource, have at least 2 years of relevant experience, and possess strong communication and analytical skills. This position offers a dynamic working environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in compensation, benefits, budget or claims and billing management.
  • Candidates with more years of relevant experience may be considered for Assistant Manager position.
  • Experience with performance management would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across HR processes.
  • Work in partnership on compensation and benefits related activities.
  • Assist in budget cycle exercises and tracking expenditures.
  • Collaborate on the annual performance management cycle with HR teams.
  • Process and track claims and billings for timely submission.

Strong proficiency in HRIS systems (preferably SuccessFactors)
Advanced Excel skills
