Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to support decision-making and strategy development.
  • Oversee HR processes, including benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Partner with HR teams to implement HR technology solutions for streamlined processes.
  • Partner with managers to assess and enhance employee performance through feedback and development plans.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new hires, including documentation, induction, and orientation.
  • Initiate and drive HR Operations in line with the business goals.
  • Analyze current operational processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Track and manage employee leave (annual leave, sick leave, maternity/paternity leave) and update records accordingly.
  • Ensure that all operational activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. Develop and present operational performance reports to senior management.
  • Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Manage the HR Management System (HRMS) to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
  • Oversee employee data, including personal details, performance metrics, and attendance. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality.
  • Handle logistical arrangements for training programs (venue booking, attendance tracking, feedback collection).
Requirements
  • You possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Masters in Human Resources or related specialization.
  • At least 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist role.
  • Experience with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, HRMS, Workday, BambooHR, or Oracle for employee management.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a drive and desire for results.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics and reporting.
  • Deep knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
