Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Oversee HR processes, including benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Partner with HR teams to implement HR technology solutions for streamlined processes.
- Partner with managers to assess and enhance employee performance through feedback and development plans.
- Ensure seamless integration of new hires, including documentation, induction, and orientation.
- Initiate and drive HR Operations in line with the business goals.
- Analyze current operational processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Track and manage employee leave (annual leave, sick leave, maternity/paternity leave) and update records accordingly.
- Ensure that all operational activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. Develop and present operational performance reports to senior management.
- Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Manage the HR Management System (HRMS) to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Oversee employee data, including personal details, performance metrics, and attendance. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality.
- Handle logistical arrangements for training programs (venue booking, attendance tracking, feedback collection).
Requirements
- You possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Masters in Human Resources or related specialization.
- At least 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist role.
- Experience with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, HRMS, Workday, BambooHR, or Oracle for employee management.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent presentation and communications skills.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a drive and desire for results.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics and reporting.
- Deep knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
