Job summary

A healthcare company in Singapore is looking for a Part-Time Intern to assist with HR operations. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment activities, managing training records, tracking attendance, and organizing team-building events. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in HR Management or Business Management, have a strong professional integrity, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. This position offers a commitment of 24 hours per week.

Job description

This position requires assisting the Executive or Manager to coordinate administrative functions, recruitment activities and time sheet processing, employee data management, update staff training records, collate appraisals, roster schedule updates & other admin & operational duties.

Responsibilities
  • Support essential day-to-day HR operations, including posting and hiring of staff and locum doctors on job portals.
  • Assist in the Staff Training Orientation & Clinic Operations
  • Assist in setting up and managing the rewards and project management system.
  • Assist in uploading the staff shift schedule for all clinics.
  • Assist in tracking daily staff attendance login.
  • Assist with performance reviews and collations.
  • To assist in the recruitment process, job postings, scheduling interviews, screening of resumes, and preparing employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
  • Assist in organising company team-building events, training events, and other engagement activities.
  • Assist in government grants preparation and other admin duties, such as writing meeting minutes, assigned periodically during management meetings.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Management
  • Possess a high degree of professional integrity and adhere to confidentiality at work
  • Highly responsible & reliable, able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Minimum 6-12 months commitment
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, under minimal supervision
