Work location: Raffles Place/Tanjong Pagar (OUE)

$3500 to $4000 + AWS + 4 Months VB (Will look at annual income when offering)

Very big MNC (Fortune 500)

2 days work from home + Flexible work hours

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll, ensuring compliance for both local and overseas operations.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring alignment with legal regulations and company policies.

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements, supporting local audits.

  • Provide comprehensive support across the full spectrum of HR functions, addressing employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues in a timely manner.

  • Assist in planning and executing employee welfare programs.

  • Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
