Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive HR support, including correspondence, monthly reports, and documentation, to facilitate efficient operations for the Group HR and Finance Department.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing using BIPO, benefits administration, CPF submissions, and HR-related reporting, including Tax Clearance and Annual IR8A filings, while incorporating updates from recent employment laws.
- Support the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, talent sourcing and screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, employment documentation, and building candidate pipelines for new store launches.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance tracking, and leave records management, and HRIS updates.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, ensuring alignment with company goals and a smooth transition into the organization.
- Coordinate staff training programs, performance review schedules, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with MOM mandatory reporting, employment legislation, company policies, and established HR procedures.
- Assist in audit, manage group insurance renewals and contribute to annual budgeting to align with retail growth objectives.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity in handling all HR information and employee data.
- Any other ad-hoc HR tasks and projects as assigned by Group HR and Finance Department.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the retail or service industry.
- Familiar with employment legislation, CPF Act and Income Tax regulations will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS (BIPO) systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Agile mindset, ability to work independently, and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
