Job summary

A reputable logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage payroll-related enquiries and assist with employee paperwork. Responsibilities include calculating payables, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. The ideal candidate should have over 1 year of payroll experience and familiarity with the Synergix system. This role involves multitasking in a dynamic work environment and assisting in various HR-related tasks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a payroll office.
  • Good knowledge in Synergix system will be an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of relevant legal regulations, like MOM.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all enquiries about payroll related matters.
  • Assist in paperwork for new employees.
  • Manage electronic timekeeping systems and review timesheets.
  • Calculate payable hours, overtime, commissions, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Submit CPF / IR21 / IR8A forms.
  • Maintain employee records and coordinate with HR.
  • Provide assistance in leave management and dorm matters.
  • Greet visitors and handle inquiries.

Job description
  • Handle all enquiries about payroll related matters.
  • Assist in paperwork for new employees.
  • Managing electronic timekeeping systems or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets.
  • Calculating payable hours, Overtime, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions.
  • CPF / IR21 /IR8A submission.
  • Maintaining employee records.
  • Coordinating with the HR department to ensure correct employee data.
  • Providing assistance in Leave Management.
  • Providing assistance in dorm matters.
  • Greeting visitors, answering phones, handling inquiries, receiving and distributing mails.
  • All other ad-hoc administrative duties.
Payroll Administrator Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience working in a payroll office.
  • Good knowledge in Synergix system will be an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of relevant legal regulations, like MOM.
  • Able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
