We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Manager to join our team. This role will oversee a broad spectrum of HR functions, from recruitment and employee engagement to policy review, compensation & benefits, and HR systems management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to enhance HR processes across the organization. Experience in start-ups is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the HR team in managing full-spectrum HR functions.
  • Review and enhance company policies and the employee handbook to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.
  • Assess and implement improvements to HR processes and systems, including HRIS and payroll system upgrades or migrations.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments; consolidate and review regional payroll where applicable.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, internal transfers, job changes, terminations, and documentation.
  • Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement employee retention strategies.
  • Plan and coordinate company-wide initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Lead the annual performance appraisal process.
  • Liaise with insurers and brokers for group general and medical insurance management.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits trends to maintain competitiveness and fairness.
  • Manage ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.
