Job summary
A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead all HR functions, including manpower planning, employee development, and performance management. The ideal candidate will implement appraisal systems, manage talent development, and oversee the daily logistics of employee living conditions. Strong HR management experience is essential for this role.

- Identify HR requirements and define organizational capabilities.
- Perform HR scenario planning based on external developments.

- Lead and manage the full spectrum of human resource management including manpower planning, staffing, compensation and benefit, organisational capability development, employee development, talent management and performance management
- Identify and define the HR requirements (organisational -capabilities, people competencies, way of working)
- Perform HR scenario planning based upon external developments such as labour markets, demographics.
- Implement a yearly appraisal system and undertake regular salary reviews.
- Establish the TLP annually and supervise its implementation.
- Maintain the dormitory operation in particular the daily running and logistics aspect pertaining to the living conditions.
- Update the employee handbook and document all HR policies and changes.
- Oversee the administration support in the organisation for various submissions, renewals, claims, surveys, etc.
- Update the Company Business Balance Scorecard that are assigned.
