Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an HR Professional to support end-to-end recruitment activities and manage the employee lifecycle. The role involves processing payroll, ensuring compliance with local employment laws, and maintaining HR documentation. Candidates should have a minimum diploma in Human Resources and at least 4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with knowledge of Info-Tech HR software. This position offers a salary range of $3,000 to $4,000, along with bonuses and various employee benefits.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • At least 4 years of relevant HR experience in Singapore.
  • Experience using Info-Tech HR software preferred.
  • Knowledge of Malaysia labour regulations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings and candidate screening.
  • Process monthly payroll and administer statutory submissions such as CPF and IR8A.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and statutory requirements.

Skills

Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR software
Detail-oriented
Able to work independently
Team player

Education

Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or related discipline
