A leading staffing services provider in Singapore is seeking an HR Specialist to manage daily HR operations, administer payroll, and support recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR or have relevant experience. Proficiency in HRIS and strong communication skills are essential. To ensure the accurate, timely, and high-quality execution of daily HR operations and administrative processes, including but not limited to payroll and salary administration, employee records management, and benefits coordination. This role also plays a key part in supporting group-level HR initiatives and projects by contributing to policy implementation, compliance, and the improvement of HR systems and workflows.
