Job Title: Human Resources Executive - Talent Aquisition

Overview

We are looking for a passionate, organised, and determined Human Resources Executive to support the recruitment efforts across our student care centres in Singapore.

This role involves doing high volume recruitment to support our centres by ensuring that every centre is staffed. You will be expected to coordinate with hiring managers, candidates and new hires for their end to end recruitment needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in high volume recruitment, work pass management and has worked with various hiring managers to understand pain points and address them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-volume talent acquisition, performance management, operations and employee engagement
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including work pass application
  • Work Pass renewal and management
  • Attend to employees and management on HR-related issues
Requirements
  • At least a year of related experience in HR
