A leading recruitment consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive (Recruitment) to manage full-cycle recruitment for the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will design talent strategies, engage clients, and provide market insights. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of recruitment experience are required, with proficiency in English and Chinese preferred. Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle including job analysis, sourcing, interviews, background checks, and offer management.
  • Market & Talent Insights: Track sector trends and provide data-driven insights to support client decisions.
  • Business Development: Contribute to client acquisition and proposal preparation to support business growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 2–3 years’ experience in full-cycle (360/180) recruitment within a recruitment firm/agency; oil & gas exposure is an advantage.
  • Skills: Strong recruitment management, client relationship management, and project leadership capabilities.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Chinese to collaborate effectively with regional stakeholders.
