We are seeking a meticulous and service-oriented HR Executive to support leave and training operations for our client. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy in HR systems, coordinating employee programs, and enhancing the employee experience through timely and professional support. You will also contribute to process improvements and system enhancements to drive operational excellence.

Be Part of Our Success
Leave Admin
  • Manage end-to-end leave processes including onboarding/offboarding, life events, and year-end leave reconciliation.
  • Calculate and validate leave entitlements and balances in accordance with policy and employee status.
  • Liaise with employees, reporting officers, and HR stakeholders (Business Partners, Payroll) to ensure accurate and timely leave processing.
Training Admin
  • Maintain and update course catalogues and sessions in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Coordinate learner registration for internal and external training, including mandatory eLearning.
  • Manage training logistics: venue booking, catering, material preparation, and attendance tracking etc.
  • Support course grants submission.
  • Track mandatory eLearning completion status and send reminder emails to outstanding employees.
  • Handle procurement and payment processes (PR/PO) related to training activities.
UAT
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and statutory updates.
Audit
  • Maintain a secured archival of data files to support annual and ad-hoc audit exercises.
Communicate
  • Respond to employee and client queries via email with clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
Qualities We Value
  • Minimum Diploma and above.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, minimally Intermediate level.
  • Individuals with customer-facing experience will be preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Meticulous and have a keen eye for details with an inquiring mind.
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
