Our client, a Family Office / Group Organisation operating across technology-driven businesses, is seeking an HR Executive / Generalist to support recruitment and core HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
You will be working in a startup-style environment within a small and lean team (fast-growing), partnering closely with business units to deliver end-to-end HR support. This role requires strong execution capability, ownership, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and fast-growing environment.
Recruitment & Hiring
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Work closely with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and recruitment timelines
- Maintain recruitment trackers and support hiring-related reporting
HR Operations
- Onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation preparation and coordination of system access
- Prepare and maintain employment contracts, HR letters, and employee records
- Ensure HR data and employee information are accurate and up to date
Payroll, Work Pass & Tax Coordination
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs such as attendance, leave records, and employee changes
- Support work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation
- Annual employee income tax filings, including preparation of required information and liaison with relevant parties
- Liaise with external payroll vendors, tax agents, and relevant stakeholders as required
- Support basic HR reporting and people data tracking
Employee Support
- Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters
- Support a positive employee experience with a user-first mindset
- Assist with leave management, attendance tracking, and policy clarifications
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or a generalist HR role.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin, to liaise with candidates or stakeholders who may not speak or write English
- Demonstrates a strong startup mindset, with the ability to work in a lean team and manage end-to-end HR responsibilities in a fast-paced and fast-growing
- Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Flexible and willing to support business needs beyond standard working hours when required
- Proficiency in Excel, or familiarity with workplace collaboration tools such as Lark, will be an added advantage
