Job summary

A dynamic F&B company in Singapore seeks a HR Recruitment Lead to manage full-cycle recruitment for retail crew and support HR operations. The ideal candidate will have proven recruitment experience in the F&B or retail industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of operational hiring. Responsibilities include building talent pipelines, liaising with operations leaders, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive work environment and driving employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for F&B retail crew
  • Partner with operations leaders to understand staffing needs and workforce planning
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and industry networks
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and operational fit
  • Coordinate and execute interviews, offers, and onboarding processes
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings
  • Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes
  • Support employer branding initiatives within the F&B talent market
  • Conduct exit interviews and track resignation trends.

Employee Engagement & HR Operations

  • Support HR programs including welfare initiatives, staff events, and recognition programs
  • Conduct outlet visits to understand staff morale and working conditions
  • Assist in grievance handling and follow up on employee concerns

HR Administration & Generalist Support

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system
  • Assist in processing documentation for work passes
  • Support payroll in staff attendance and leave administration
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry
  • Strong understanding of high-volume and operational hiring
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
