Job summary

A leading workforce solutions company in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Executive to manage the full employee lifecycle, administer work passes, and oversee payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, and be knowledgeable in Singapore employment laws. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is required. This is a permanent position with a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Manufacturing experience is an advantage.
  • Infotech knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full-spectrum HR functions including payroll.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit.
  • Administer work passes and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate training and support employee welfare.
  • Provide PA support to management.
  • Oversee general office administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle full-spectrum HR and admin functions, including monthly payroll (attendance, overtime, final settlements) and maintenance of HR systems, employee data, leave and e‑personnel files.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit, including hiring support, orientation, onboarding, probation tracking, resignations, exit clearance, IR21 submissions and access deactivation.
  • Administer work passes via WPOL, EPOL and other platforms, ensuring compliance with MOM, IRAS, CPF Board and related regulations.
  • Maintain training records, coordinate training, support employee welfare and events, assist the HR Manager with ad‑hoc projects, and provide general admin support.
  • Provide PA support to management (calendar, meetings, travel, confidential matters, occasional personal errands) and act as liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee general office administration, including stationery and office supplies.
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Management or Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience; manufacturing experience an advantage.
  • Hands‑on experience in full payroll processing; Infotech knowledge an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365.
