Overview

Industry/ Organization Type: Funeral Service
Position Title: HR Executive
Working Location: Lavender
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 6.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,500 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all HR functions, including recruitment, job postings, and leave management.
  • Oversee company insurance and handle claims administration.
  • Process payroll and staff claims.
  • Handle work pass applications, prepare employment-related letters, and manage quota matters.
  • Organize and update employee contracts, certificates, and records in personnel files.
  • Support office administration and help organize company events.
  • Advise and support employees on HR-related matters.
  • Conduct staff orientation and explain employee benefits.
  • Review, recommend, and implement staff benefits and welfare programs.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and external organizations on workplace improvements and grants.
  • Ensure timely submission of government-related claims (e.g., CPF, leave claims, tax matters).
  • Assist with any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • At least 2 of relevant HR experience, including practical knowledge of MOM compliance or other government requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of the Employment Act and other relevant laws and regulations.
