Job Summary

As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause and be part of a compassionate team.

For candidates with higher qualifications and extensive experience, a Senior HR Executive position will be offered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination. Make salary proposals for new hires.
  • Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Oversee staff offboarding processes.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, and ensuring workplace harmony.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Support in the annual performance review and compensation review exercise.
  • Manage staff insurance enrollment, review, and termination.
  • Coordinate employee professional development sponsorship.
  • Manage internship programs by liaising with institutes and stakeholders.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Act as a secretary or secretariat for the HR sub-committee.
  • Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Any other ad-hoc HR tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
