Job description
1. Role Description

The HR Executive (Recruitment) is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, select, and onboard top talent in alignment with the company’s workforce needs and culture. This role plays a key part in building a strong employer brand, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and maintaining efficient hiring operations.

To assist in ensuring that the department’s day-to-day operations are running smoothly. From scheduling interviews and maintaining filing systems to managing HR databases, in helping the HR team stay organized and to provide administrative support.

2. Specific Responsibilities
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Recruitment support in posting job ads, schedule and coordinate job interviews.
  • Onboarding by preparing new hire paperwork and logistics.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Record keeping by maintaining accurate and up to date employee records, database, assist with day to day operations administrative
  • Manage and support the team in every daily operational task needed.
  • To assist each employee's monthly OT's and allowance (if any)
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 to 4 years HR experience in recruitment or HR-related roles (in-house or agency background).
  • Good understanding of Singapore employment regulations and recruitment best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Familiar with work pass applications, renewals and cancellation
  • Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast-pace environment, under minimal supervision
