Job description

Overview: -

• Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
• Working Hours: 8:30am - 6pm
• Working Location: Tuas
• Monthly Base Salary: Up to $3500 (Depending on relevant experience) + AWS

Your Responsibilities: -

• Provide comprehensive HR and administrative support across various functions.
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, interviews, reference checks, offer negotiations, contract signing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees and manage exit clearance procedures.
• Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring up-to-date employee information.

Requirements: -

• Dip in HR management
• Min 3 years of relevant work experience as a HR Generalist
