Job summary

A Singapore-based contracting company is looking for an HR professional to manage full-spectrum Human Resource services including sourcing, onboarding, and policy implementation. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and a degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration. Strong skills in MS Office and knowledge of local labour laws are essential. The role offers a full-time position with various HR responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in full spectrum of Human Resource services including manpower sourcing.
  • Develop, manage and implement HR Policies & Procedures.
  • Monitor deviations and take corrective actions when required.
  • Handle employee discipline issues and grievances.
  • Manage employee’s records in HR software.
  • Administer training related matters and maintain records.
  • Process submissions for Work Injury and Government Claims.
  • Prepare all HR letters such as appointment and termination letters.
  • Liaise with dormitory staff and maintain records.
  • Support in ad-hoc HR related projects.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Assist in full spectrum of Human Resource services including manpower sourcing, engagement, and onboarding
  • Develop, manage and implement HR Policies & Procedures
  • Monitor deviations and take corrective actions when required
  • Handle employee discipline issues and staff grievances
  • Manage and handle employee’s records in HR software (Info-Tech)
  • Manage E-leave & E-attendance via HR software, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee’s attendance
  • Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance
  • Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc
  • Process submission of Work Injury, Maternity leave and Government Claims
  • Preparing all HR letter such as letters of appointment, confirmation, increment, warning letter, termination, notice, etc
  • Ensure that documentation and authorized signatories are obtained and filed for audit purposes
  • Liaison with dormitory staff and maintaining dormitory records
  • MYE management, claim for Levy Waiver, and travel ticket purchase for WP holders
  • Support in any ad-hoc activities and HR related project as and when required
