About the Job

StackTech Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based technology company providing IT solutions, software development, and digital transformation services.

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. You will report to the Assistant HR Manager and play a key role in managing HR operations — from recruitment and employee administration to work pass processing and office management — ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a positive employee experience.

This position focuses on Singapore HR operations and offers opportunities to grow in a dynamically, fast-paced tech environment where collaboration and innovation drive everything we do.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment activities for both technical and non-technical positions.
  • Prepare job postings, arrange interviews, and assist with offer documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Administer leave, attendance, and employee benefits.
  • Support onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare and submit documents for MOM work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and company HR policies.
  • Compile and maintain HR data and reports for management review.
  • Oversee general office operations, including cleaning supervision, maintenance, and office supplies management.
  • Coordinate with vendors and assist in organizing company activities and staff engagement events.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to recruitment or work pass administration.
  • Familiar with HR systems such as Lark, Info-Tech, or SAP.
  • Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, CPF, and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking employees and vendors.
  • Available within 1 month or short notice preferred.
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary Range: SGD 3,000 – 3,500 per month (commensurate with experience).
  • 13th Month Annual Wage Supplement (AWS).

  • 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.).
