Job summary
A construction firm in Singapore is looking for an HR Executive to manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of HR experience and a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to handle confidential information.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ HR experience (HR generalist or executive level preferred).

- Good knowledge of local regulatory requirements is preferred.

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Assist in payroll processing and HR reporting
- Manage employee records and expense claims
- Manange email account
- Maintain proper filing system, documentation, and database of employees and work permit holders
- Support ad-hoc duties, projects and coordinate company activities as assigned.
Requirements
- Candidate must posses at least Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
