Job summary

A leading HR services firm in Singapore seeks a Human Resources professional to manage recruitment, staffing, HR administration, and employee relations. The role involves coordinating onboarding, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills and experience in HR functions, contributing to a positive workplace culture and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programmes for new hires.
  • Prepare and administer employment contracts, confirmation letters, and renewal or termination notices.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations where applicable.
  • Process monthly payroll, staff claims, and statutory contributions (CPF, IRAS, etc.).
  • Coordinate training programmes, course registrations, and training grant applications.
  • Support initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and staff retention.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Recruitment & Staffing
    • Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
    • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programmes for new hires.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and manpower databases.
  • 2. HR Administration
    • Prepare and administer employment contracts, confirmation letters, and renewal or termination notices.
    • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations where applicable.
    • Maintain proper HR documentation and filing systems.
  • 3. Compensation & Benefits
    • Process monthly payroll, staff claims, and statutory contributions (CPF, IRAS, etc.).
    • Maintain staff leave records and attendance systems where required.
    • Assist with salary benchmarking exercises and HR-related surveys.
  • 4. Training & Development
    • Coordinate training programmes, course registrations, and training grant applications (e.g. SkillsFuture Singapore grants).
    • Maintain training records and staff competency matrices.
  • 5. Employee Relations & Engagement
    • Support initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and staff retention.
    • Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary procedures, where applicable.
    • Support the planning and execution of employee welfare, team-building, and engagement activities.
  • 6. Compliance & HR Policies
    • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations (MOM, Employment Act, etc.).
    • Assist in reviewing, updating, and implementing HR policies and SOPs.
    • Prepare HR-related reports for management review.
