A community service organization in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to oversee daily HR operations, handle recruitment, employee records, and payroll administration. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Human Resources and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Singapore employment laws are essential. This position involves providing support across HR functions and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
We are looking for an HR Executive to support the HR Department in day-to-day Human Resources operations. This role involves assisting with recruitment, employee records management, payroll administration, and other HR-related activities, while ensuring processes are carried out smoothly and in compliance with Singapore employment laws and company policies.
HR Operations & Employee Support
Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative duties.
Act as the first point of contact for employee enquiries related to HR policies, benefits, leave, and general employment matters.
Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer administration.
Coordinate onboarding activities, including preparation of employment documents and staff orientation.
HR Records & HRIS Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personal files (P-files) and HRIS records.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with data protection and confidentiality requirements.
HR Functional Support
Provide administrative support across HR functions such as compensation and benefits, performance appraisal, training, and employee engagement activities.
Assist in HR projects and process improvement initiatives when required.
Payroll & Statutory Administration
Support payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payment.
Assist with income tax administration, including preparation and submission of IR8A.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as CPF contributions, leave entitlements, and relevant MOM regulations.
Ad-hoc Duties
Perform other HR-related duties and administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager or Management.
Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of hands-on HR experience in a similar role is preferred.
Working knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
