Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in business analysis or digital process transformation.
• Hands-on involvement in at least one full software development lifecycle.
• Experience applying AI use cases within HR such as AI Chatbots.

Responsibilities

• Translate needs into clear functional/non-functional requirements.
• Evaluate and propose HR Tech solutions that are user-centric and AI-driven.
• Participate in end-to-end testing and ensure user-centric workflows.
