Job summary

A leading HR service provider in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Data Management Centre. This role entails overseeing HR data processing, ensuring compliance with audit requirements, and leading a team to improve service quality. The ideal candidate holds a degree in business or Information Systems and possesses experience with SAP. Strong communication skills and a knowledge of HR practices are essential. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related discipline — or a Diploma with relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP or equivalent HR Information System is an advantage.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, to interact with stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Detail-oriented and discreet with sensitive data.

Responsibilities

  • Motivate and guide a team to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure accurate, timely data input in SAP, aligned with compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with Payroll and internal teams to support pay runs.
  • Identify gaps and implement process enhancements.
  • Handle employee data requests and prepare reports.
