A recruitment services company in Singapore is looking for an HR Specialist to manage recruitment processes and enhance HR systems. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, with strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and PDPA compliance. This position offers competitive salary up to $5000 and opportunities for professional development.
Managed end-to-end recruitment processes, including fresh graduate hiring and internship programs.
Enhanced recruitment workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
Assisted in designing and implementing employee training and development programs.
Implemented, managed, and optimized the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Provided administrative and operational support for HR projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of HR operations and recruitment experience, with familiarity in ATS/HR systems; experience leading PDPA compliance activities is an advantage.
