JobResponsibilities
- Partner with the Regional HR Head and Business Leaders to design and implement HR strategies, strengthen organizational culture, drive change management, and position the company as an Employer of Choice.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for professional staff, fixed-term employees, and trainees; identify manpower gaps, develop cost-effective sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and finalize hiring decisions in collaboration with Global Resourcing.
- Implement talent management programs, succession planning, and innovative assessment tools to retain high-potential talent and address capability gaps.
- Design and execute initiatives for engagement, coaching, HR Connect, rewards and recognition, and grievance management; support line managers in performance reviews and constructive feedback.
- Drive organizational development efforts, conduct learning and development needs analysis, co-own training implementation, and manage employee satisfaction surveys with actionable follow-up.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, proactively addressing concerns, providing counselling, and fostering a motivated, performance-driven workforce.
- Build and lead a high-performing HR team through hiring, coaching, performance evaluation, training, delegation, and career development planning.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory regulations, audit requirements, company standards, and environmental health and safety guidelines, while promoting responsible resource usage.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in HR Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
- Strong knowledge of MOM regulations with sound judgment and decision-making skills.
- Regional HR exposure will be an advantage.
