Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead high-volume hiring for operators and technicians. You will ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labor regulations while supporting manpower planning and onboarding processes. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Human Resource Management and 5-6 years of HR managerial experience, preferably in manufacturing. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 5-6 years of relevant HR managerial experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous.
  • Preferably with professional HR certification.
  • Experience in ramp-up environments considered an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Lead high-volume hiring for operators, technicians, and support roles to meet production requirements
  • Support manpower planning and ramp-up activities in alignment with production timelines and operational needs
  • Ensure full compliance with recruitment policies, employment contracts, labor regulations, and internal HR standards
  • Monitor recruitment progress, attrition rates, and workforce fulfillment against established targets
  • Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure timely workforce readiness and smooth integration into production
  • Prepare manpower and HR reports, conduct annual market compensation and hiring trend reviews, and support daily HR operations
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent, preferably with professional HR certification
  • 5-6 years of relevant HR managerial experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous
  • Experience in mass hiring or ramp-up environments
  • Familiarity with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards and Customs Bulk Permit is advantageous
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, shop-floor setting
