Job summary

Position: HR Assistant Manager (Recruitment/ Payroll) - ALL WELCOME

Location: Tuas South Street (Bus nearby)

Working hours: 5 days a week – 9:00 am – 5:45 pm (Monday – Friday)

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5300 + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities
  • Support recruitment activities: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding
  • Assist manpower planning and hiring coordination with management and project teams
  • Administer performance management processes: appraisals, goal tracking, reviews, and talent data support
  • Coordinate training and development programs, certifications, and training records
  • Support employee engagement activities, internal communications, and HR policy administration
  • Maintain HR systems (HRMS), employee records, and prepare basic HR reports and metrics
  • Provide office and administrative support: facilities, IT coordination, digital tools, and basic branding updates
  • Assist payroll processing, benefits administration, work pass management, and statutory compliance (CPF, IRAS, MOM)
Requirements
  • Degree in HRM, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or EPC industries
  • Strong hands‑on experience in building and implementing HR processes
  • Core HR competencies in recruitment, performance management, L&D, employee relations, and HQ support
  • Good knowledge of Singapore labour laws, CPF, MOM processes, and Fair Consideration Framework (FCF)
