Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resources or equivalent or 5 years of similar practical experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law, regulations and HR practices.
  • Proficient in computerized payroll system.
  • Meticulous, well-organized and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily HR operations including attendance, leave, and employee records.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, employee files, and documentation.
  • Handle recruitment activities such as manpower planning, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
  • Handle monthly payroll administration, ensure accuracy of attendance, leave, and overtime.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee staff performance appraisal system and documentation.
  • Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
  • Implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily HR operations including attendance, leave, and employee records.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, employee files, and documentation. Ensure accurate maintenance of personnel records.
  • Handle recruitment activities such as manpower planning, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
  • Handle monthly payroll administration, ensure accuracy of attendance, leave, overtime and statutory deductions.
  • Processing and timely submission of IR8A, IR21 and all government paid leave claims as well as statutory board survey.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits and procedures as well as handles employee grievances and disciplinary processes.
  • Oversee and manage staff performance appraisal system and documentation.
  • Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
  • Implementation of HR policies and procedures.
