Overview

Summary: Recruitment, onboarding, records management, timekeeping, claims, employee support, and ensuring HR compliance and confidentiality.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Hiring – Handle job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and work pass applications/renewals.
  • Onboarding – Coordinate new hire onboarding, safety inductions, document collection, and verification of certifications/licenses.
  • HR Records & Documents – Maintain employee records in HRiQ, and prepare contracts, warning letters, and memos.
  • Time & Claims Management – Assist with attendance/timekeeping, manage work injury compensation, medical claims, and training registration.
  • Employee Support – Serve as a contact for HR queries and support performance reviews and engagement activities.
  • Confidentiality & Compliance – Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Diploma studies.
  • Minimum 3 year of HR Admin experience.
  • Familiar with MOM work pass regulations and HR documentation processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft application.
